Women in NAAAP (WIN), the City of Boston, through the Office of Women’s Advancement (OWA), and the American Association of University Women (AAWU) have partnered together to offer a salary negotiation workshop focused on women at the negotiation table. Studies show that white women are underpaid by nearly $10,000 compared to their male counterparts and the gender wage gap tends to widen for women of color. Workshop participants will learn negotiation strategies to better market their skills, experience and qualifications.

The workshop will be led by facilitators Casey A. Littlefield and Mariko McDonaugh Meier. Casey A. Littlefield is a Director of Social Investment at Social Finance. Casey joined the firm as a Harvard Business School Leadership Fellow and served as Advisor to the CEO. Committed to supporting efficient scaling and impact in the social sector, she has experience in management consulting, financial services, and the nonprofit sector. Casey holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.A. in history from Yale University.

Mariko McDonagh Meier is the Director of Growth and Optimization at EnerNOC, a Boston-based Energy Intelligence Software company. Prior to joining EnerNOC, she managed strategic projects at Southern California Edison, the largest utility in California. Mariko has a BA from Stanford University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
